German Eyewear specialist und Europe’s largest optician Fielmann always puts their customers first. It is due to that fact that they stayed absent from social channels until they felt they can guarantee a top level customer support. Well, the time has come.
Fielmann asked us to develop a comprehensive Instagram strategy for the launch of their first Social Media channel and we delivered. One of the main challenges: establish a new overall visual appearance and natively integrate content of Fielmanns very own digital trend magazine „Fielmann [Insight]“.
